Here we are approaching August 1 with 100s of schools without ATs… They are all calling @go4ellis Same issues: 1. Relied on outreach ATs for last 5+ yrs and now hospitals won’t pay ATs market rate so hospitals/pt clinics can’t provide these services. 2. ADs/hiring managers don’t know ATs have Master’s degree and salary/compensation packages are embarrassingly low. 🤦
