I just finished the most intense piece of art I've done in the 6 months I've been learning to draw, an entire panel recreation from One-Punch Man manga artist Yusuke Murata Prior to this piece, I had not drawn anime or human faces at all

We completely revamped our bundling strategy at @epicgardening and @BotanicalSeeds, if you're in ecomm this may be interesting to you: First, we acquired @BotanicalSeeds ~3 years ago, a then 29 year old seed brand with 750+ varieties of seed. The founders were primarily focused on the wholesale business, which is massive. BUT, because of this focus, bundling was under-utilized. Most nurseries and independent gardening centers display our seed in various racks or spinners depending on how many of our varieties they carry. For the direct to consumer line of business, bundling becomes a much more effective strategy with seed. At a nursery, a customer can grab a single pack of seed and the nursery owner makes the same margin as if thye bought 20 packs. Online, we may not make much of anything if a customer buys 1 pack, AND they lack all of the expertise a garden center would provide as far as choosing the right varieties for their location, etc. So we redid all of our bundles for our now TWO lines of seed: Botanical Interests and Epic Gardening, which is our 'beginner' line of seed we introduced just this year. That's another cool part of acquiring the seed brand - you can start sub-brands using the same infrastructure - but that's a story for another post. Anyways, as we've nearly 4x'd the DTC seed business in 3 years, we decided to redo ALL of our bundles to make it easier for our customers. Things like: - Tomato Lovers Bundle = if you like tomatoes, just buy this - Beginner Herbs Bundle = if you like herbs + are a novice, just buy this Reducing complexity for our audience is extremely important in a hobby that is arguably one of the most complex in the world - you're dealing with one of the major kingdoms of life on Earth, after all. This became EVEN MORE important as we moved some of our products to Amazon...with all of the fees there, you basically have to bundle of you're not profitable on single orders. The 2nd/3rd order effects of this are pretty awesome - we help customers make quicker, easier decisions => they have better growing outcomes => they tell more people about us => that cycle repeats => but also more nurseries, garden centers, and marketplaces opt to carry our goods because of how easy we make it / how well they sell.
