Like it sometimes feels like you’re paying to just give your opponent another option. They can literally just hold shield and I’m pretty sure (?) slade can’t grab if they’re holding an item.

Should slade’s items just be free? I wonder.. it’s already pretty hard to get 2 upgrades, Let alone all 4 before the third stock. And items aren’t even all that scary specifically because the opponents can just take it for themselves.
