Today marks two years since the heinous attacks perpetrated by Hamas against the State of Israel. We stand in solidarity with all the victims and their families, sharing their pain. Romania reiterates its call for an immediate ceasefire and the unconditional release of all hostages. We also call for unimpeded delivery of humanitarian assistance to the civilian population in Gaza. Romania welcomes the resumption of peace negotiations, based on the framework of President Trump’s peace initiative.

RIP P. Adams Sitney, a brilliant writer and one of the principal architects of experimental film discourse, whose efforts have inspired and shaped my experience of this cinema. Here he is as a young man in Storm De Hirsch’s The Tattooed Man.
