Be aware if you live in the blue area where Ausgrid is the wholesaler and have AGL as your retailer from the 23rd of February Time of Use (ToU) tariff, the cost of electricity.
Go through your bill carefully.
You may have contacted them to stay on a fixed rate, which is cheaper in the summer months,
They say that if you have not, you change later.
I did ask for a fixed rate.
But it was changed to ToU.
Now AGL tells me Ausgrid will change me back.
You may need to ring the Water and Energy Ombudsman
