We’re aware of a couple issues with the app that we’re working diligently to fix as soon as possible: Deposits not showing up - Some users are reporting that their recently deposited funds aren’t showing up. This is just an issue with our indexer, rest assured your funds are safe Passkey login not working in some instances - We’ve identified an edge case for some users that sign up for accounts with Passkey but are unable to authenticate after sign up. We’re continuing to investigate the root cause of this issue Crosschain swaps not executing - Some users have reported their funds are deducted, but no funds are received when trading crypto majors on our app. Funds should be received (or returned) within 5 minutes of the transaction, but we’ll be working to improve the tracking process going forward In addition to fixing the high priority issues above, we have a couple UX improvements we’ll be prioritizing: - Better pending notifications / tracking of deposits to the platform - Better tracking of crosschain swaps (and if they’re reverted or not) - Better display of Bitcoin wallets in the Wallet Management setting, and differentiation between the Ordinals wallet + Trading wallet
