Same pattern shows up in trading. Guys optimizing entries down to the exact tick, running 15 indicators, checking charts every 5 minutes. Meanwhile the accounts that just DCA weekly and go live their life outperform them on both return and sanity. Optimization has a point of diminishing returns. Most blow past it looking for an edge that was never there.

Most of the people who over-optimize their lives with the latest fad diet, workout, or routine figure out later it wasn’t worth the self-inflected unhappiness.

@NoLimitGains Microsoft is currently sitting on right at the 200 WMA. A very good value here down 30% from its ATH. Definitely agree for the long term, a good buying opportunity to build a position!

In 3 years people will be saying “wow, I really should have bought $MSFT at $385” while it trades at $668.

@cryptorover He's definitely having the same effect as Jim Cramer with his posts. His bullishness is a sell signal for sure!

EVERY TIME ERIC TRUMP TURNS BULLISH ON ETH... DISASTER FOLLOWS. His February "great time to add ETH" call was followed by a 51% crash. His August celebration of ETH shorts getting liquidated came before another 62% collapse. Now... He's bullish again.

A few people asking why I don't wait for a lower number. Truth is nobody rings a bell at the exact bottom. DCA removes that pressure entirely — I don't need to be right about the exact low, I just need to be consistently in the market while the data supports it.

Bitcoin MVRV Z-Score (Market Value to Realized Value) → What does it measure? → Market cap vs realized cap — the value of all coins at the price they last moved — to identify extremes in market value → Currently at 0.18, nearing historical buy-zone levels Getting interesting. Spam on Bitcoin is undesirable and should be addressed, even if we can't completely stop it. In addition, Core should be sent a message.

Every time Bitcoin drops 10% your cortisol spikes. Do that enough times and you get: → Weight gain around the belly → Brain fog on your next trade → Disrupted sleep → Weakened immune system → Poor decision making The market is literally making you fat and slow. And most traders have no idea it's happening.
