This evening, I have dispatched Senator John Methu, Hon. Kanini Keega and benga maestro Samuel Muchoki alias Samidoh to London ahead of my visit.
They will prepare and coordinate my visit to the United Kingdom shortly with our diaspora community in London.
Our party, DCP PARTY, remains firmly committed to engaging the diaspora community as part of the broad stakeholders and Kenyans; their views, as espoused in our philosophy will inform our blueprint ahead of August 10th 2027 General Elections.

@CitiLogueNews @NjiruAdv My only problem is you had to broadcast it. Anyway, kudos Sir.

ENOUGH of the Roman deception!
The Catholic Church is NOT the “first Church,” the “mother Church,” or the rock Christ built upon. That’s a man-made lie used to prop up a Pope no apostle ever knew.
Look at the text they twist: “Simon Peter answered, ‘You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.’
Jesus replied, ‘Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah… And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.’” (Matthew 16:16-18)“On this rock” does NOT mean Peter himself.
Peter (Petros) = a small stone.
The Rock (Petra) = the massive bedrock of Peter’s confession: “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
The Church is built on faith in Jesus Christ, not on a man, not on “apostolic succession,” not on Rome. The true Church exploded at Pentecost when thousands confessed Christ as Lord (Acts 2). Jerusalem, not Rome, was the center.
The apostles were a team under the Headship of Christ alone. No Pope in the New Testament.
No “mother church” in the New Testament.
Only one foundation: “For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 3:11).
Wake up. Be convicted. Be inspired.
Ditch the traditions that exalt a man over the Messiah.
Stand on the unchanging Word and the unshakable Rock, Jesus Christ alone.
The gates of hell will not prevail against the Church built on faith in Him.

If you’re a businessman in Kenya, you’ll agree with me on this;
The best Clients you can ever get in any business are Somalis.
Somalis pay very well, and on time.
Somalis don’t nag, they simply allow you space to work.
Somalis are also among the few Africans who will pay before you deliver.
And if you deliver as agreed, they tip you and refer their entire clan.
I’m Proud to be Somali!

@Msnyaguthii I can confirm.
And this is an international trend.
Gen Zs are going back to traditions, both Christian and African.
English

I don't have the data but the catholic church in Kenya right now probably has more Gen Zs than millenials. When the youth are asked to stand in our church is usually nearly half of the church. Check who is going to Catholicity and Vincentian.

@_falsi1ke That is my street. It is a populated one, only we do not shout about it.

Nairobi Expressway is 27 kilometres and cost about KSh 88 billion, that’s roughly KSh 3.25 billion per kilometre ☺️☺️
And that’s a four-lane road.
Rironi - Mau Summit Road, 175 km main stretch + 58 km (Rironi–Maai Mahiu–Naivasha) is costing about KSh 187 billion.
That’s less than KSh 1 billion per kilometre. And remember, key sections like Nairobi to Naivasha will be six lanes.
But the Expressway is “good,” Mau Summit is “bad,” and Kasongo must go…
Alright 😅

@abuyamasta You need to work on your posture when doing the deadlifts.
You do like that again, you will get an injury again.
Keep strong, in all aspects.
English

I got a hip injury on 21st August 2024 when doing Deadlift of 160kgs! Since then I have never stepped in the gym, that's why most of you have been asking why I am getting thin despite working out and eating healthy. The truth is after I got injury I tried working out on light weights but still the pain got worse worse, even my walking/standing style changed. So I decided to give it time to heal, but it's almost 2yrs now and it has not yet healed. So tomorrow I am back again in the gym but I will be doing light weights only. F2 is my body back then, I really miss it.
