I think ppl forget that you can consume & curate the content you want to see. I use that mute, block & “not interested” button frequently to curate my feed. now my feed is full of positivity, affirmations, art, music, movies & tv show related post. makes my time on apps bearable.

It's easy to get attached to the internet, and lose sight of reality. Please remember to think independently and critically. Don't just parrot the popular. Ask yourself, "What is the goal here?". You are your own person. Don't lose your autonomy, and take care of eachother.

You can hate the things you dislike, but you should leave, block, mute, or delete instead of gathering on a public platform to attack and insult the creator just to satisfy that fleeting "Hey, I hate them too!" feeling. The only ones who suffer are the victims.

NO ONE is worth idolizing. Just because they are good at something, it doesn't mean they're perfect or even good people. They just do a cool thing. So do you, probably. If you idolize someone, they WILL inevitably disappoint you. Please, save your devotion for things that matter.
