I also have been scammed trusting BFX due to discord negligence and lack of security standards. I gave them proof of being hacked from the link they posted, they offered to compensate me with $2000… not even 1/6th of what I lost. After waiting a week for a response they ended up just kicking me from the chat. Completely unacceptable after going through a ton of hassle to provide all the evidence I could. Not sure if I should seek legal help but BFX proved to be completely untrustworthy and sneaky with running their service.

@BlastFutures What are you going to do to help the users that were compromised?

1/ 24 hours ago, one of our admins' accounts was compromised. We are not sure how exactly as this team member had 2fa enabled and definitely is not North Korean. This account then gave two other accounts perms, which spammed fake announcements leading to an phishing link.

*UPDATE* The BFX discord is now secure. We are in the process cautiously re-enabling functionalities. To our knowledge none of our users have had their wallets compromised/funds stolen as a result of this incident. Post-mortem below👇
