I'm not saying marathon is good or bad. It's not a game for me. I don't think crimson desert will be either. But we'll see those numbers after a week on CD (56kish) and then when the next big mainstream release hits, you'll see a similar drop on it. It's just the current meta.

It's fascinating seeing the "dead game" conversation ongoing. If you watch over time, it's not any one game dying. It's actually a group of about 50-75k gamers moving to every big release until the next one. Watch the numbers on marathon after the crimson desert launch tomorrow.

I can't find the models I want to print on my resin printer, so I used @ChatGPTapp and @MeshyAI to create them. This is the very first attempt. I'm going to clean it up in @Blender and test it out as my first custom print from scratch. #3DPrinting #miniatures #tabletop

Okay. I was going to watch #MarshalsCBS tonight, but they apparently only show it live. I didn't even know live was a thing. I don't ever want live tv on a streaming platform. Just put the show on streaming when it's live ffs. What a stupid design. @paramountplus

I really want to see a character spinoff of @Yellowstone where one of the Dutton family, or Carter, goes and becomes a Safari guide in Africa to honor Spencer Dutton from 1923. That or just a Spencer prequel documenting his years as a guide. @paramountplus

So apparently everyone spams A and B when capturing a #Pokemon. I always held down A until the final shake and then let go right before it would work or not. I always associated B with canceling like, evolution. Anyone else do that? @Pokemon

I know a lot of people are mad about #FRLG, but as someone who never really played after Red/Blue, I'm extremely excited to start playing through them tomorrow with my son. One copy each so we can trade. Hard to believe I was 9 playing @Pokemon 30 years ago!

@peacock Hey, maybe don't try disabling the volume controls during ads. It just looks bad and we all know how to adjust the volume apart from the website itself. These poor unethical practices are what lose subscribers. It just makes you look greedy and weak.

@SchviftyFive A big thing that worked for me after like 10 years of trying to max out the experience listed on my resume; simplify it and reduce it to the most recent and relevant work only. I cut down from my resume having 15 years of jobs to my last 3-4 and it helped immensely. Good luck!

That said, I also really disliked the first Mistborn book until the last 100 pages or so. I liked the next two books better, but still would rate them as mid books at best. 3/5 for that whole series. While the characters were better, it was still pretty weak for me.

Also, I keep seeing hype around Bridge 4. I see why people would be into that, but honestly it's been a slow, depressing, trudge to read through those portions of the book for me. Again, none of the characters are liable at all.

So I read about 68% of The Way of Kings as of last night. Basically the end of part 3. I just now feel totally comfortable with all the characters and names. I don't really like any of them. I just don't know if these are the books for me. I don't see the hype around Kaladin.
