In the early 90’s my sis @bbrawlersboxing & @MarthaS24495712 began to change the female boxing game in Northern California & beyond. When they had nowhere to train because male gym owners didn’t want to invest in them, they opened Babyface Boxing. When they had to change in the men’s locker room or janitor closet, they fought for female changing rooms at shows. Now men are invading our spaces & telling female athletes if we don’t like it then find another place. THESE ARE OUR SPACES CREATED BY WOMEN FOR WOMEN. We’re not going down without a “Fight! Fight! Fight!” because WE respect & will protect what OUR Pioneers have given US.

@WomensRightsNet He actually made his pro debut in November 23 winning by 3rd round TKO over female Suwanun Antanai. Mossely has announced an April 4 return to the ring, but I haven’t seen an opponent named yet.

The male boxer Imane Khelif is to fight a woman in Paris on 23rd April in his first boxing match since the Paris Olympics in 2024. Khelif’s opponent is the female French boxer Estelle Mossely who won gold at the Rio Olympics in 2016. In the professional game it appears there are no barriers to men punching women in the name of sport. Using a woman as a punchbag when you know her opponent is male is the lowest of the low. For shame.

Got a call from another inmate in Maine women's prison today. She's a sex trafficking victim who feels 'traumatized' at being forced to share a room with 6'1", 310-pound male murderer Andrew/Andrea Balcer. Another inmate told her that Balcer stroked her & another woman's hair while they were sleeping. He's also made sexual remarks and pulled up his shirt while bouncing up and down and telling the women to "look at my t*ts". Why won't the office of Maine governor @JanetMillsforME respond to requests for a meeting so that New England Women's Solidarity can advocate for these vulnerable women? @TheMaineWire @PressHerald
