For cursed speech not working on Reid to like kill him, didn't gege said it would backfire on the user if it was used on someone stronger.? You can correct me on that but if it does work on Reid i think it would only stun him then he just gets up.

As one swing of the sword simultaneously caused to destruction and rebirth at the same time. Also curse speech isn't working on Reid.
