#Avivauk may be getting another customer as well as a new employee!

@AdmiralUK have a strange view of risk. My daughter has changed job from working in HR at McDonalds to a Claim Handler at Aviva and speaking to someone at @admiral "she is now a great risk on the road" so want to charge over £200 more part way through her policy! #unbeliveable

@AdmiralUK giving insurance companies a bad name. My daughter was going to take up a quote with you for £1284 but added her dad making it £1350 because he had a Windowscreen claim but if she removed him it went up to £1500. Fraud indicators can affect genuine customers!

Got a quote yesterday for our son but tried to bring the start day forward by 24 hours which increased the price by £90. Said we would leave the start day as is but still being charged £90 extra. Call centre said they can't help. Am really disappointed with @WeAreMarmalade

@GMB I notice on sky news they are reporting an acceptable reason to leave the house is "Move to a friend's address for several days to "cool off" following an argument at home". To your knowledge would that be correct?
