College recruiting for a student-athlete can be very difficult if you plan to do both. If so, my best advice is this, “Go where you’re wanted, not where you want.” It all looks sexy when you’re in high school. This is one reason why the portal is in the thousands.

Congratulations to Cregg Scherrer for earning Pitcher of the Game and Ty Clifton for earning Player of the Game! Scherrer went five innings, on one earned run, five hits, four walks and striking out nine while picking up the win. Clifton went 1-for-2 with a home run and two RBIs.
