@LotRLore @KatContii Yup, a lot of devs woke up to an email today being let go. Maybe a few higher up knew it was coming, but a lot of them (just like us) found out today. So sad, I really loved this game and the direction it was headed

@KatContii I'd go out on a limb that it wasn't AGS that made this decision - this screams of an unnamed corpo who wanted to remove a line item from a spreadsheet.

No way New World is shutting down when they just launched their best content to date. The game finally had a chase, a whole redesign of the gear system, a change in lead for the game, only to get shafted. I guess I’m more upset that AGS delivered us heartbreak once more, after this update finally left like the game had hope. Unbelievable.
