Weak as piss from the Broncos not to challenge this. I get he is an important out, and the risk of an extra week, but there's also precedent to get him a downgrade. It wasn't even enough to need a HIA.

@Luke_Pownall At some point though, have to at least try again. Can't just say the same thing over and over and not test it. They dont downgrade Carrigan after downgrading Cleary and you have actual cause to hit up the NRL about it.
