For the right price, I think i’d be open to selling Kounde, but only if we’re guaranteed to bring in a proper right back. This doesn't mean he's bad player not at all, he’s had very good periods for us and this isn’t just about his current form. The main issue for me is that Lamine is simply too good and deserves better attacking support on that side. He needs a fullback who can combine with him, someone more technical, with better ball control, higher football IQ, and a more natural attacking profile. It's really unfair for Lamine to have Kounde with him forever. But if we do move on from him, the most important thing is getting the replacement right, the profile has to fit what the team actually needs.
