The steps are doing the following:
- Stopping you sitting down for four extra hours
- Getting sunlight on your face
- Giving you time to think without a screen
- Keeping you out of the kitchen
- Adding nothing to muscle growth
- Subtracting nothing from it either
Walk because being upright outdoors is a baseline human requirement. The fat loss is a side effect of not being indoors eating crisps for those four hours.
Stop counting. Just go outside.
