Spent last weekend training with some of the best QBs in 🇨🇦 at the QB Movement retreat in Que. Learned a ton and thanks @theqbmovement for the invite and all the work! Left the retreat a much better player

Great night at the @RegiNotreDame Athletic Banquet. Proud to have been named Sr Male Athlete of the Year! Was on many great teams and appreciate all my Coaches time this year. Also won Sr Football Offensive MVP and Swimming MVP. Won a bronze medal in the 100 IM at Ofsaa swim meet, starting forward for Sr Basketball and was on the track, baseball and ultimate frisbee teams. Thank you again to all my teammates!

@DownTraining Hi Coach. Do you have an example plan for the mechanical work?

Monday- Field Throwing (50-70 throws) Mechanical Work (no ball)- these are drills like the “Dak” drill as some of you might know it or getting town reps in. (Throwing with a towel not a ball)- it eliminates mileage on the arm and you just focus on mechanics.
