Monsoon Advanced Proteomics School 2023 Concludes with Great Success!

BrainProt Team presents the recent updates at the SCAN Symposium! The Sunita Sanghi Centre of Ageing and Neurodegenerative Diseases (SCAN) at IIT Bombay, established in February 2022, aims to advance knowledge of aging and neurodegeneration worldwide.

Prof. Sanjeeva Srivastava has officially released BrainProt V3.0 and presented the work at ASMS 2023 conference. The audience greatly appreciated the talk, and the session chair personally extended their congratulations for the tremendous efforts made.

24/04/2023: The BrainProt team's presentation at the Cell Symposium: Neurometabolism in Health and Disease in Singapore and the National University of Singapore (NUS) received highly positive responses, emphasizing the significance of the work.

We are pleased to share that our team had the privilege of presenting our latest updates at the KCDH program in IIT Bombay, which is the pioneering Koita Centre for Digital Health in India.

16.04.2023: The BrainProt team, along with Professor Sanjeeva, conducted a hands-on demo for a group of over 30 students from NMIMS. The demo provided an interactive learning experience, allowing the students to gain practical knowledge and insights.

The BrainProt team conducted a hands-on demo, with a particular focus on brain diseases. During the demo, we showcased the upcoming release of BrainProt version 3.0 at GenVision 2023.

During a discussion between the BrainProt team and Professor Tehmina Bharucha from Imperial College London, we had the opportunity to share and discuss our current activities within BrainProt.

BrainProt had the privilege to present their work at the CODS-COMAD 2023 conference, which provided an excellent opportunity to extend the outreach of BrainProt's research.

The BrainProt team's presentation at the TechFest 2022 of IIT Bombay was a resounding success. Over 200 students from various schools and colleges attended and visited the stall of BrainProt.

The BrainProt team had the opportunity to present their ongoing work and advancements at the HUPO 2022 conference held in Cancun, Mexico. It was a moment of pride for the team to represent India in the Asia Oceania Human Proteome Organization (AOHUPO) at the conference.
