We have fixed an issue where players were connecting to game servers that were performing poorly and causing crashing and login queue to trigger. This should be resolved now. If you continue having connectivity issues, check this FAQ for troubleshooting: help.ea.com/en/articles/te…

@SkateStatus How about ACTUALLY letting me do challenges? Not a single challenge will actually load and my game crashes. Wild cuz didnt do this till AFTER I BOUGHT THE BP!! Cmon now.

We're investigating an issue where players may encounter soft-locks within the Court of Blades activity when completing encounters as the countdown timer hits 0:00. When encountering this issue, players will need to manually leave the activity. Stay tuned for updates.

@Respawn @PlayApex Still can’t even play the game for xp and challenges because you won’t fix the lobby bug that 99% of people are complaining about

We just pushed an update to @PlayApex to address a few issues, including: 👁️ Resolving the visual bug around stickers associated with Void Mercenaries Packs. All rewards will now appear as normal when opening a pack. 🚫 Removing the Hover Boost Kit due to some unintended side effects of using it. Have a great weekend, legends!

@Respawn I need help, 2 days ago I got this in my lobby, and it continues like this, I can play without problems but it won't let me open the store, the legends locker and the challenges were not updated. I already restarted my game, closed it and opened it again. what I do?

Some launch day bugs we'd love to share updates on: 👁️VISUAL BUG - For the Void Mercenaries Milestone Collection, if you get stickers as one of the rewards, all 3 reward slots show individual stickers. This is only a visual bug as the stickers should count as 1 reward. Players are receiving 2 other rewards from our loot pool as well that's not visually popping up, but has been added to your account. We hope to have a fix soon. ✨FIXED - We had to temporarily deactivate the "Spark Bonus Meter" mechanic as it was not functioning as intended at launch. However, we've deployed a fix and it's back up and running. Thank you all for your patience!
