@JingCai_1 @sarah_stern I dissolve the powder in ethanol, aliquot and keep it at -80 (stable for months but check for recrystalization). But day of the experiment, I add oil and evaporate out the ethanol. That last step is the part that needs to be fresh

@BrainOfZedZed @sarah_stern Hi how fresh do you usually use them? I stored 10X aliquots in -80 for a month now. Now I'm not sure whether it's a good idea to use them.

For those who use Fos-TRAP, I’ve seen concentrations of 4-OHT ranging from 3-50mg/kg. Does anyone know if the dose makes a big difference in # of cells labelled?
