@mkliberal1138 Actually, being a great UX designer means you have empathy for the common man and design interactions that work within their mental model #Usability

@frknasir It's ALL about the end-user. If they cannot figure out-- our even find your functionality -- then it doesn't really matter that you created an elegant algorithm that performs whatever that function does. #programming #code #usability

Our 2 cents: Certain software tools SHOULD have to go through the FDA 510K process and follow the ISO 62366 processes. Consumer tools (like fitbits, etc) that are not being used to make diagnoses or recommend treatment should not.
Mark Kenney@phoneguymark

Certain software tools used to support medical decision making could now be regulated as medical devices by the FDA. Some companies welcome the clarity and others believe it could dissuade innovators. What do you think? #HealthcareIT #cdwsocial dy.si/PLp5MG2

We like to design for the intermediate user, add a few things for the novice, and some expert stuff for the experts. See "Aim for the Middle" brainstormergonomics.com/2022/10/04/aim… #Usability #website #UserExperience
