. @agoda @agodaindia One of the worst platform to book hotel. I booked the hotel on 15th and paid. when I visited the hotel they told there is no booking on my name. I contact customer care and then waited almost 3 hours even after that there was no resolution. Then I have to rebook the hotel offline and checkin. I will request people to not book hotels via Agoda App. #AgodaScam
