I will always stand up for every player, coach, and the “greater entity” that is Indiana High School Basketball. Earlier today I went a handful of rounds here on Twitter with someone who chose to disparage the IHSAA and “our” players. No matter the platform they have or who they are…that is the one area where I will NEVER back down. There is part of me that enjoys the back-and-forth, but I try to stay away from it these days. Today I couldn’t hold my tongue. If you play basketball in the state of Indiana, especially for an IHSAA school, you are LUCKY. Please don’t ever lose sight of that. There will be people who try to convince you otherwise…and they will be wrong. My DM’s are always open and I’ll always happily answer any and all questions you have throughout the high school/recruiting process.
