sometimes life gets really heavy really fast. i’ve been quieter because i’ve been grieving something deeply personal. on top of all the other health issues i’ve been facing, to add to it… i also recently experienced a miscarriage, and truthfully, i’m still trying to find the words for all of it. and trying to figure out how to be okay.. there’s grief, confusion, sadness, love, guilt, and honestly i’m just trying to make it through the day sometimes. i’m sharing this because i know so many women suffer quietly, and i don’t want to pretend i’m okay when i’m not fully there yet. thank you for being patient with me while i heal, physically and emotionally. hug your babies, hug your people, and please keep me in your prayers if you have them 🤍 life just sucks a lot sometimes…
