Orlando Magic President of Basketball Operations Jeff Weltman just witnessed his team allow a shorthanded Raptors to go on an NBA-record 31-0 run. (albeit the Magic missing Black, Franz, and Isaac). I know he's got to feel some type of way, especially as the regular season is concluding soon.
