This one really hits home for me… It’s been such a rollercoaster ride in entrepreneurship and business over the years. The Sacrifices made. The hardships and tears shed. Since I was a kid I’ve always strived to elevate everyone around me to help them become more and do more than they thought was possible… From being an Inventor and Selling Ice in my early 20s to becoming an Investor and helping people elevate their companies and brands with Accelerant Media Group in my late 20s and early 30s. One thing has always remained consistent. And that is humanizing myself and all the brands I’ve worked with. Take away all the business accolades, money made, and company milestones hit. At the end of the day, we are all people who want to connect with real people who are doing good in the world. This is why I believe in the power of a Personal Brand and how that brand can impact your company and all of the lives you come in contact with. Today is the release of my Cover Feature on Valiant CEO Magazine. I’m speechless.. Check out the full article here: valiantceo.com/valiantceo-mag… Thank you everyone who believed in me when no one else would 🙏

I ask myself this question all the time: What can you really accomplish in 24 hours? The answer is honestly a lot more than you think. Especially, if you’re intentional about it. The power of productivity isn’t just in what you can do. It’s in how well you empower others to do their part. That’s how you scale. That’s how you get more done. You multiply your impact through people and process. People often ask me how I maintain that energy. It’s not about working 20 hours a day. It’s about designing your day around peak performance. For me, that includes: -Waking up early to get ahead of distractions -Working out to sharpen my mind -Fasting most of the day so I stay mentally sharp -Scheduling creative work during my high-energy hours -Protecting my mornings for deep focus -Using afternoons for meetings and execution -Ending the day with reflection and prep for tomorrow I don’t believe in wasting time. I don’t scroll endlessly. I don’t leave days to chance. I optimize every 24 hours. When you stack enough of those, that’s where real progress lives. So ask yourself, what can you accomplish in 24 hours? What would your perfect day look like if you designed it with intention, not reaction? Are you being proactive, or just responding to everything as it comes?

In 2019, I was not starting from zero. I was starting from negative half a million dollars. In debt with bankruptcy looming. My car was repossessed, my land was taken, and we were selling furniture and clothes. This crushed my ego, my pride was gone. I hit rock bottom. What got me out was discipline and repetition. I cut everything and listed every debt in a spreadsheet. One by one, I paid them down. I chose not to file bankruptcy because mentally I needed to fight my way out. I worked out every day. The gym saved my mindset. I made calls, sent emails, posted videos, went to events, sold my knowledge, and created offers. I kept showing up even when nothing was working. It took 8-10 months of pure grind before momentum showed up. I kept building my brand. I even wrote a book during that time. Eventually, things started to stack. That led back to working closely with Kevin Harrington and Brian Harrington. That became KBBAT Holdings which has now become BIG Brand Ventures. The real lesson is, starting over is never about money first. It is about mindset, skill, and execution. Go back to what you know, become excellent at something, communicate it to the world, get a few wins, live below your means, reinvest everything, and most importantly build momentum. No matter how low you are, there is always a way forward. When you hit rock bottom, the only direction left is up.

I flew to Omaha to Surprise my brother for his Graduation. It’s rare you see a picture of us 3 together. These are the 2 guys who made me into who I am today. From hunting and fishing as a kid, to outside projects and work in the Ice Business, to other adventures. Congrats Nick Adams on graduating and doing more college education then our entire family combined 😂

10 years ago, I was in Bentonville pitching my invention, Arctic Stick, and sleeping in my truck. This past week, I was back in the same city speaking in front of entrepreneurs who all have a dream and vision. I’ve always been willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. Moments like this week at the Shark Retreat remind me that it’s all worth it. I’m so grateful for every opportunity to show up and help other entrepreneurs. Such a full circle moment🔥

The fear of embarrassment is one of the biggest things that holds people back. You’re worried about what people will think, how you’ll look or failing in front of others. The reality is, nobody who has ever done anything great got there by playing it safe. You have to be willing to look stupid and take risks that don’t make sense to other people. Action creates opportunity! So, what is that moment for you? What is the thing you’ve been thinking about doing, but you haven’t because you’re afraid of how it might look? Because one day, that “cringe” moment might be the story that changed your life.
