CIA Director John Brennan, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and Comey then rushed out the January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) claiming Putin helped Trump win. 2025 declassifications by DNI Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe reveal Brennan briefed Obama, Biden, and top officials on a Clinton campaign plan to "vilify" Trump by tying him to Russia, exactly the narrative they then laundered into official U.S. intelligence. Whistleblowers say dissenting analysts were sidelined, promotions threatened, and contrary evidence suppressed to create the “anchoring bias” that fueled two years of Mueller investigations, endless media hysteria, and an attempted soft coup to cripple Trump’s presidency. Mueller found no conspiracy or coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia. The dossier was a political dirty trick turned government surveillance weapon. What started as opposition research became the biggest scandal in modern American history, a manufactured "Russia collusion" hoax orchestrated at the highest levels to frame a political opponent and undermine a democratic election.
