@Braun I’ve just bought a Series 3 electric Razor. It’s ripped the hairs off my chin in awful patches and was not at all effective. Are we supposed to wet shave before we use your delicate little piece of plastic or what? Please advise.

@Braun I have recently had to replace my Braun 3 series cordless razor under Warranty as the cutters became loose. Within weeks this problem has reoccurred with the replacement, is this an issue with this Model and can I get upgraded to a different model if it is ?
