Thinking about all the hours our guys have put in the #MuscleFactory over the years. @Shepdeeze, has done an unbelievable job giving our guys the edge in terms of sport specific strength & conditioning. No doubt in my mind @BraunerGrant gets one of these before end of year.

Some stats: @Tracesalton led the way for the Lakers with 18 points. @JackChlumak scored 12 and @BraunerGrant added 11. @Sam_Noland_ led Tualatin with 15 points, Peter Burke scored 11.
