@johnneyyzhang @Primior it's never worth it until there's a real business that's doing legitimate heavy cash flow. without it it's a whole process to uplist and without significant fundamentals price will just drift back below .01 and lose QB status. happens over and over again on otc. lil advice for some of you is don't listen to anyone that can't read a simple annual report or understand share issuances and who they went to. and don't listen to anyone that spews otc dogma then blocks ppl when they have no leg to stand on

@Puma63 that is what the annual says? 10m series b at 500 to 1 rights = 5b shares. 5m series a at 1000 to 1 rights = 5b shares. preferred shares can convert out to billions, and they handed out over a billion commons at .0001 for "fees" to a bunch of crooks. there's really no positive

@BrazenBread THAT is actually something you DO see quite often in the OTC, except that is not what the Annual report says. Authorized 5M Pref at .001. 3.95M outstanding Pref. The other large issues are restricted common.

$HIRU looking great, love to see another #otcset trading above it's long term MAs on the monthly chart. That said it had gotten a bit overheated so it's nice to see some steam let out, now it needs to base above consolidate at this new trading level. Any dips back towards the monthly 200 and 50 look like good scoops/adds.
