Anything we ask them for is often ignored or disregarded, and then the community manager comes out with some fuckass statement about why it won't happen but is a little snarky ass about it and 90% of the time is blatantly wrong. Two biggest examples: 1. "We are not doing transmog. It doesn't make sense - equipment looks different because it has different effects. Swapping one for the other is like having an apple that tastes like bacon or the other way around." (To be fair in the latest Q&A they are SUPPOSEDLY gonna talk about rolling it back, but again they say a lot of shit these days.) 2. "Haha i agree it would be awesome but i think it would break the fantasy of Helldivers.... People don't wear hats on helmets. :)" This statement is so blatantly fucking wrong cause PRIOR to it there were hats on helmets already, and then some fuckass half baked fix was "Cowboy hats might be outlawed by the Helldiver uniform code-" Like bro fuck off with that. AND AFTER they are STILL putting hats on helmets, hell, HELMETS ON HELMETS. And yes, these are old examples, but they're two very public incidents that show Arrowheads decline into "Why listen to our audience?" I can assure you when pedo-central Blizzard Entertainment did that, telling their audience things like "You think you want that, but you don't.", it didn't end well. You are marketing to the audience, so telling them what they want is wrong to stroke your own ego is why nobody believes you anymore and any updates with any amount of positives will now inevitably have backlash, cause both sides of the community, glazers and haters, are actually at their core tired of being fucking ignored. So please Arrowhead, prove us all wrong and take some REAL action, and keep your community manager on a leash with how snarky he is in response to backlash too, cause he is supposed to represent you, and if that's how he does it, oh boy.
