@BreezyLimbo @ButchX3 Sorry! I didn't mean for that to sound classist. We weren't allowing people to earn at all before, so I just meant now people can start earning, its something creators asked us for so they could hit the payout threshhold earlier.

You can’t withdraw your ‘earnings’. You can only spend on Twitch. But it’s classed as income….. so it’s taxed. At this rate just make it so anyone who has an account can earn 🤦‍♂️

@MerryKish @ButchX3 why not just let them withdraw it? Chances are it will be meager earnings for smaller channels. is it so painful that a channel withdraws $50? Obviously if they're making 10k thats different, but this affects small channels.
