I don’t buy the argument that inheritance tax is wrong because it represents double taxation? How is this a rule? We’re constantly double-taxed! If I buy a bottle of wine, I’m paying VAT on top of alcohol duty on top of the income tax I’ve already paid to buy it. Triple tax!
