Ok let me clarify… every residential area in America, this excludes of course city living, but not always… I’ve owned many homes from Santa Cruz to Orange County, to Brownsville Texas, to Medina Ohio, to Sarasota County Florida, Atlanta Georgia and Huntsville Alabama, and the only places where that parking wasn’t considered the property owner was when I lived on Euclid Ave in Little 5 Points with in walking distance of Little 5 points… its an unwritten rule when living in what’s strictly a residential Area, you just don’t park in front of your neighbors home! In 30 years I’ve never had a neighbor that was disrespectful park in front of my home unless they came and asked because their cold was having a birthday! I imagine you are a Liberal and probably under the age of 30? This would really make sense, that generations motto “earn nothing and expect everything”!
