@cougarfanmd This isn’t a Utah thing. It’s college athletics. I used to be able to watch any football and basketball game of any college and enjoy it because I knew the makeup of that team. Now it’s just an empty name on the jersey.

@BrettBorg When the trend is downward to irrelevancy. BYU was there in independence, its fanbase just showed some resilience

@coopuhscoopuh I wish you knew me. I think our conversation would go a lot differently.
English

@BrettBorg Exactly. College football won’t miss fair weather ute fans

@BrettBorg Not even close to wrong. When yall joined the pac or got a full share in the big 12 you pumped your chests. If you had a huge NIL chest you still would be. Actions are louder than words.
English

@BrettBorg Yall will blame it on NIL but you are just showing you are fair weather fans. If Utah had the finances and was getting the best players from NIL yall would run it in to any team you could and would be watching. Because you don’t have the money, you lose interest. lol

@UteIndianTribe So for you, never. Thank you for the response to my question.

@TheThrill16 Personally for me it’s having season tickets, following the constant news, watching every game.
I stopped caring about wins and losses a decade ago. But that is a result of lots of private issues, not because of sports. Sports just had to take a back seat in my emotional vehicle
English

@BrettBorg Define caring.
I care enough to keep up with everything going on but I don’t care about bad seasons.
The good seasons are fun but becoming few and far between

@JeremyOlsen41 @dGod23 I have season tickets to Eccles Theater. Great date night with my wife.

We’re there. What should we all tweet about instead?

At what point do we stop caring about college sports?
