@DavesCoins @KamalaHQ The interview is only “hostile” because JD is trying to lie incessantly.

@KamalaHQ Wouldn't it be great so see Kamala take a hostile interview like this? She has not done so and probably won't as she would come out looking so bad. She had to go to the bar yesterday due to her bad showing in Michigan. She does not like the Boo's but does not know how to stop it.

@supersluth0 @Mtnragu @KamalaHQ You thinking DONALD TRUMP is going to give people an accurate science lesson is extremely absurd. Seek help!

They have, you know, the wind is rushing, the things are blowing. It's a vibration and it makes noise. You know what it is. I wanna be a whale psychiatrist

Alright, I listened to the entire Joe Rogan interview with Donald Trump so you don’t have to. Here’s my take:
First, I doubt this interview will sway any new voters—though it’s bound to get a lot of views. Trump has largely saturated this audience already by appearing on other shows in the “manosphere” (Logan Paul, The Undertaker, etc.). Like Harris, I think he’d gain more by stepping outside his comfort zone and trying to connect with voters who don’t like him—he should have done Call Her Daddy, imho. (And this goes both ways: Harris would benefit from going on Rogan.)
While Trump might pick up some low-propensity voters here, I believe most people already know how they feel about him by now. I'll also add I don't think he did a particularly good job advocating for what he wants to do in a second term here since they spent most of the interview rehashing the past or talking about random nonsense topics.
Second, Rogan is an excellent conversationalist but not much of an interviewer. He rarely, if ever, pressed Trump for specifics, letting vague and ridiculous statements slide without challenge. At one point Trump said Russia would have never invaded Ukraine if he was in the White House, Rogan asked him how, and Trump basically said "because I wouldn't allow it" and Rogan just moved on. Like WTF?
But that’s Rogan’s style—he cares more about having an interesting chat and learning “who” a person is rather than holding them accountable or going deeper like a journalist might. And honestly, that’s the point of the show. It's the appeal for the listener and we shouldn't hold him to a higher standard when he's doing an entirely different thing.
Ironically, I think Harris would be fantastic in this format. She’s a good interview, but she's an even better conversationalist imho who would charm Rogan. Yes, she would have to talk about some completely ridiculous topics and he might ask her some deeply uncomfortable things, but she would navigate it well and he largely lets his guests steer the conversation anyway.
That's all I got.

The U.S. National Debt has increased by $473 BILLION over the last three weeks. It now stands at $35.8 TRILLION. That’s $103,700 of debt for every American. This is unsustainable. America is in the fast lane to bankruptcy.

I voted today, for the first time. 🗳️ • I made a rule for myself that if I didn’t vote I could not have an opinion about the outcome, because I didn’t earn that right. Not this time. I voted for @realdonaldtrump and I can’t wait to have him make America great again! 🇺🇸
