I never had a problem getting what I was interested in but I'm a size that doesn't sell out fast. This year they might do wristbands, which I think they used at NYCC.

This happened to me. DON'T REFRESH. It took like 5-7 minutes but eventually it worked. Open up the window in other tabs and refresh those, but if you get to a real screen, truly, don't refresh.
