Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano confirms the Office of Sergeant-at-Arms fired 27 shots, while five shots came from "the other side" during the chaotic shooting incident in the Senate on May 13. He says that before firing, the sergeant-at-arms issued a "verbal warning" against those "trying to get into the Senate.”
