@HiltonHotels WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH THIS CHAIN AGAIN. MY SON PULLED OUT THE PULLOUT BED IN THE ROOM AND FOUND A USED CONDOM ON THE PULLOUT BED. CLEARLY INDICATING THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS WITH THIS CHAIN. MANAGEMENT IS ONLY WANTING TO OFFER POINTS BACK‼️

@ELOQUII horrible customer service have not gotten my $109 boots I ordered and customer service should be fired.. #scam company will be contacting the FTC!!!
@PandaRobots@ELOQUII Same thing is happening to me I paid $109 for boots that still haven’t shipped yet and customer service has no answer. I reported them to the BBB and will be making a complaint with the FTC!!
@ELOQUII Does your customer service exist anymore? I placed an order on 9/6 & paid for express shipping. It STILL hasn't shipped. I tried calling the Elloquii customer service number 2x - it says it's closed even though I called during business hours. Then I called the "other"
