🗣️ "The last 48 hours was unbelievable, the support from the board..."
Rangers head coach Danny Röhl comfirms he has been told by chairman Andrew Cavenagh and the club's board that he will remain in charge for next season ⤵️
@RangersFC@RangersTV Your so full of fucking shit you absolute fucking donkey you constantly fuck about with your team your selections are mind boggling at times
'This is not about mentality...to win such a game it is not enough to play for 45 minutes'
Rangers boss Danny Rohl after his side lost to Hearts.

@Official_T4O@alstra78 Danny Rohl is a fucking fraud he fucks about with his team constantly tinking and changing constantly we need much better than him it’s really that simple. Everyone compares him to Russel Martin but let’s be honest it wasn’t hard to better than Russel Martin Danny Rohl is a fraud
''Rohl needs to bring grit into that side. It's got next to none. Sadly, it looks like yet another summer of rebuilding. Skov Olsen has been a disaster. He looks like a shadow of the player he once was. Another failed gamble. Ryan Naderi may come good. Tuur Rommens will. Chukwuani needs time to adapt to the Scottish game, but he needs to hit the ground running next season.
Tavenier leaves with another empty trophy cabinet. Not all his fault, of course but that's what they remember you for in Glasgow. Jack Butland should go as well, he looks past his prime. Many of the squad will go back to their parent clubs. Even Mikey Moore won't be too sore a miss after the past few weeks.
A whole new defence is needed bar the left back. Raskin and Fernandes may move on. Miovski can depart without much fuss too. It might be time to cash in on Chermiti.
In what should have been a grandstand finish to the season, Rangers have fallen before the final fence. Hearts and Celtic will fight it out between them now, with Rangers only having a say at Parkhead a week on Sunday as to who might lift the trophy.
Rohl and Rangers need to find a way to gut out games, to win when it matters. It's been missing for far too long and it's still there. Different actors but the same movie. Rohl's credit in the bank now looks a bit thin too. If you can't win trophies in Scotland with the resources Rangers have there's something not right.
For now, all Rangers fans can do is look at another summer of comings and goings and hope that Rohl can bring in more Rommens (who stay fit) and fewer Skov Olsens.''

Ended with a whimper not a bang. The flaws which killed us this season shown again:
Unable to play 90 minutes
Panicking at first set-back
Complete lack of leadership when it gets tough
Manager unable to react to opponent changes
There is now a worrying pattern under DR of failing to deliver when it matters and being too conservative too long. Today after 50 minutes it was obvious we needed big changes, they didn’t arrive till we were 2-1 down.
As for the players, they go missing when it matters way too often.
@SirJohnofCalvin Aye bin Tav as captain is the solution imagine how many league titles and cups we would have won if all they had to do was change the guy wearing an armband ffs be serious there is 11 players on the park stop blaming just 1 look at some of the absolute shite he’s had to play with
My wee group of pals on here know exactly what I'm talking about when I say this
Huge reason every single Rangers manager has failed since Pedro, Murty, Warbs..is they haven't had the balls to name their own captain. They haven't had the balls to replace Captain Liability.
On transfers - yes, we are working through the process at the moment. We know what we want to do.
I am positive we won’t sign all our signings on the last day of the window!
DR - controlled the game, deserved to win. Some good football, some not so good football at times but I am very proud of my players just now.
A clean sheet, good set pieces, so yeah overall I am happy.
@RangersReview55 I really fucking hope they are considering a lot more than just that. Perhaps an entire new defence and actual wingers would be a good start
Rangers will allow Joe Rothwell to leave Ibrox this January - with the club understood to be targetting a No.6.
Sheffield United and Derby are interested in Rothwell, while Stoke and Middlesbrough were also in the hunt in the summer for the experienced midfielder.
No loan deals are expected to be cut short in the January window, with the addition of a versatile attacking option also believed to be under consideration.
