So is the Republican strategy for the midterms: -Reignite the extremely unpopular Iran war to try to drive gas prices back up over $4 a gallon and keep inflation high. -Have ICE continue to kill people. -Seek retribution against any news agency that points out the failures of the administration. -Fearmonger that progressives are going to make healthcare and childcare affordable. -Rebrand the widely disliked One Big Beautiful Bill as the Working Families Tax Cut to make it sound like a good thing despite kicking 1 million children off of food assistance, several million people off of healthcare, and only resulting in an average $350 increase in tax returns compared to the average $1,500 paid in tariffs, but gave such large tax breaks to the wealthy and corporations that it increased the deficit. -Say the elections were stolen when Republicans lose their House majority. That is a poor plan that only further highlights the incompetence of the Republican led Congress and the Trump administration.

MY GREATEST ADULT DISSAPOINTMENT WAS DISCOVERING THAT BAD PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH EVERYTHING.

They discover the deficit the exact moment a Democrat wants to feed kids or cancel medical debt, and lose the receipt the moment they want a tax cut for yachts. The concern is selective by design.

Towery: You look at a map of the country, just how people vote, red, blue, most of that country is red. Just small sections around the coastlines and in certain areas, where you have big counties and big cities, they are blue. And they are the ones that are embracing this socialist concept more than anyone else.
