There is revival in the Christian church. Churches are growing. Young people are flocking to faith in God. You do not want to live in a non-Christian country. Even the most hardened atheists or agnostics are blessed by the church's influence.

And tomorrow there will be no riots, no cities burning, no public outrage as the silent majority goes to work. God help our sin sick nation.

Online hypocrisy represents internal hypocrisy. God will not only judge what we do and say, but also what we disingenuously post. May God help us to be real.

We need to always guard against making our plans God’s will and instead make God’s will our plans.

Christians should always care more about people’s souls than we do about their votes.

@ThabitiAnyabwil Sincere question: What motivates those of us in ministry to “write a paragraph?” Every situation doesn’t demand our personal opinion.

@ThabitiAnyabwil Using your Christian platform to oppose Trump is no different than those who use their Christian platforms to promote Trump. You believe he is a threat & they believe the liberal agenda is a threat. You both use your platforms to address politics instead of simply exalting Jesus.

Concluding paragraph to a post on Nov. 9, 2016. Watching the Republican National Convention eight years later, this fear seems obviously to have come to pass. Evangelicalism and evangelical witness is a total mess. Perhaps I wrote too softly in 2016?

Social media can be a “display window.” A facade that showcases a person’s fictitious character, best moments, plagiarized wisdom, and perfect life. So be careful how strongly you affirm other people or how strongly you critique or criticize yourself based on social media.

Ministry has a way of humbling you….if you don’t believe me just stay in ministry.

@WBCBowie External changes and practices all intended to satisfy a religious system’s expectations. Believing that the more adherent to rules you are, the more involved in serving you are, the more compliant you are, the more accepted by God you are.

@BrianEdwards__ Define performance based Christianity?

Performance based “Christianity” is ultimately a lack of faith in the performance of perfect Jesus.

Our government owes every family who has suffered or is suffering because dementia/Alzheimer’s an apology for not making the medications they give to Biden available. Families would treasure a few moments of improvement. The opportunity to enjoy dinner & meaningful conversation.

What is in your heart will eventually be made visible by your actions.

I really appreciate @BrianEdwards__ and all I've learned from him on @RFPodcast3. The Lord has used him to make me more like Christ. "It's a lot easier to rid yourself of the standards of fundamentalism than it is to rid yourself of the heart of legalism."

I’ve come to realize there are many who shed the standards of a legalist but maintain the heart of a legalist.

The church should have a greater appreciation for character and integrity than it does for charisma and personality.

The church can’t address the cultural mess that is destroying our nation with any credibility until we address the cultural mess that isn’t being courageously called out within the church.

The theologically confused laying their hands on the theologically confused doesn’t equal Apostleship.
