I can’t thank you all enough for the video messages, texts, call, posts etc. It has been an incredibly rough couple days as my pain hasn’t subsided much. In addition, the procedure didn’t work as intended, so I may have a second procedure today. I can’t wait for this to be over!

As a Miami Dolphins season ticket holder, I also have some thoughts. But first, I would like to recognize the team for significantly improving the traffic flow in and out of the stadium. Years ago, it was a nightmare to get in and out of that place , but they installed tunnels and walkover bridges which made huge differences. My biggest disappointment is that every year, season ticket holders are asked to fill out online surveys and then they are invited to in person feedback sessions. I’ve been to 3 or 4 of these so far. Things we’ve discussed at nauseam: - Gifts for existing season ticket holders - Gifts for new season ticket holders - Mini season ticket packages, so some out of towners don’t have to sell the majority of their tickets - Special promotions/gear for season tix holder - Away game packages including tix and accommodations for a cost - A master Miami Dolphins fan club directory so out of town Fins fans can feel more involved where they live - Mock tickets for the season for commemorative purposes - 1 free visit to season ticket holders for this members lounge that they sent the postcards for. There’s a cost to get into the lounge but then there’s a cost for food or drink once you get there. 🤦‍♂️ And many more ideas But, not much has come out of those meetings. I think my next step would be to circle back with Nate M, who puts these things together, to see what changes have made based on our feedback to help us understand what has been done because it’s hard for me to find much. And I get it, the Dolphins are probably now the 3rd most important sporting event that happens at Hard Rock, behind F-1 and soccer, but the season tix holders who have been around should not be moved to the backseat during the process. I will always love this organization. They may just need to get back to some basics and remember us little people.

Question for Pharmacy Twitter. Is it legal/feasible to hire or partner with a licensed insurance broker who would only sell Medicare Advantage Plans that paid full reimbursements for brand scripts and used full pass through/no rebate PBMs ? Is it feasible for the PSAOs to, if need be, launch a Med Advantage Plan with the same ? And to hire/partner with brokerages to sell it ? Curious what everyone thinks
