@DrMarinaHarris i personally don't like the term for ANY healthcare professional to me, it's embedded meaning is far removed from most clinicians' primary motivation for entering their field i like "clinician" or "healthcare professional" much better

Serious question for my MD friends. What is so bad about being called a provider? Why are physicians so worried about being addressed similarly to nurse practitioners, PAs, psychologists, all highly-trained medical staff working in a hospital? #medtwitter
