@StagecoachWScot Any reason why this bus sat for 15 mins on Auchinlea Road, then came round the route with "Not In Service" on the front? It's bad enough they don't show up half the time, but then they pass with that showing when there's buses missing & nothing on the site!!

@StagecoachWScot It's from the West Coast Motors webpage - You can track the buses & the route of the bus. I think the bus was due at Lochdochart Road around 9:50am, but sat on Auchinlea Road for at least 15mins. It also took another route through the scheme when it was "Not In Service".

@vuecinemas Your customer service bot is pathetic, as are your customer service agents. You need proof i've been trying to change my booking since last night?! And now because i eventually got through to someone, i'm outside the window?!! Total farce!!

@vuecinemas I'm trying to use your app, to change/refund 2 tickets which were booked for the wrong day, & now the app won't let me do it. The app also booked them for the wrong day & time. It says upto 2 hours before the viewing, which it is, but still no luck. Any ideas? TIA ✌🏻

@StagecoachWScot I've cancelled the extra ticket from this morning so i'll be expecting the refund however, i'm still awaiting anyone contacting ne regarding being charged twice last Tuesday, but only receiving 1 ticket so there's no way i could cancel what i didn't get!
