You can be a hockey city and still have it be the second fiddle sport. That’s what my point has been all along

No and it’s not close, how many youth hockey programs do you have vs football?! How much economic development and investment has been made to hockey?! Almost every surrounding burb or town in Buffalo has a hockey rink and youth programs….the only argument might be at the collegiate level with just a few schools having it, but at the high school level it’s huge in the city!
