Even if carrying costs are $400/month…
it’s still cheaper.
My house is ~$500K in Knoxville.
If rates drop
and migration continues…
$1M in 10 years isn’t crazy.
Meanwhile…
I can decide to rent it.
I build equity.
And borrow tax-free to buy more real estate.
